Year Round Market Policies

All spots are first come first serve and are not reserved until the payment and application has been received.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Spots are 10×10 for $30. Electric and corner spots are $10 extra. 

Payment can be made by PayPal, cash or money order. 

Set up starts at 8am. The market opens at 10am. All vendors are expected to be set up when the doors open at 10am.

The market closes at 2pm. Vendors are not permitted to breakdown early. The Year Round Market is expected to vacate the premises by 3pm, please make sure your spaces are as you originally found them. All garbage must be picked up and all display items must be taken with you. 

I work off of the 3 strike rule. A strike is a result of your space not being filled for a registered market between March and December 2020. Once receiving three strikes this could result in not being asked to attend another market. If for any reason you are not able to attend a market I must be contacted as soon as possible. 

We understand that things happen and there may be a time you are unable to attend a registered event, in this instance, you have the right to have someone fill the spot for you as long as as the product is the same as what is registered and I am notified with in 48 hours of the registered event. 

Donations all go to the non-profit featured for the month registered. The non-profit is then able to do whatever they see fit with the donation to help their organization.

I expect professionalism to be used at all times during the event, this includes during set up and breakdown. Negativity of any kind will not be tolerated.
